taking a little bit of a break | myloseralterego's Blog

I spent a few hours this morning working on a GUI mock-up of the program I'm writing for my hair stylist.  I'm going to have to ask for something in return or else she'll see this and think either, "This guy is trying to get in my pants" or "This guy is a doormat."  There's truth to each, so I'm going to ask for something in return besides money, a date, or free haircuts that'll make her feel okay with things.  Maybe I'll ask her if I can hang out in the salon and drink coffee every now and then if I feel like it.  It'd actually be good for me.  It'd help with the social anxiety.   And it's a loosly organized working environment, so I wouldn't stand out or feel isolated, I don't think.  Maybe I'll think of something else.  I don't know.
